Surinder Singh, CPA, CGMA, MBA

Surinder has been in public practice for 30 years. His practice focuses on tax advisory, planning, and compliance for partnerships and corporations.  He has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries. In addition to providing tax services, he assists real estate clients in developing waterfall schedules and communicating with lenders on any compliance matter. Surinder also handles all tax-related matters for five large private equity real estate funds that invest in multifamily real estate in more than 20 different states totaling over $5 billion in investments. Surinder places a high emphasis on developing long-term relationships with clients and having a deep understanding of their business in order to advise them on any financial or tax matter. He has several clients who have worked with him for over 25 years. Surinder is also a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
